Therapeutic Massage

Relying on both research and intuition, I incorporate supported, controlled movement into a nurturing massage treatment. I use movement to help remind muscles to relax and encourage them to release. My goal for every client: less daily discomfort, a break from life's stressors, better sleep, and an overall improved quality of life. As someone with cerebral palsy and over 20 years of experience receiving physical therapy, I deeply believe in the effectiveness of manual therapy. I’m especially passionate about working with clients who experience chronic discomfort—particularly in the shoulders, neck, hips, or those who suffer from recurring headaches.

When I am in Michigan, I operate out of my studio in East Lansing. When I am in Georgia, I provide mobile services throughout the greater Savannah area.
