Therapeutic Massage

I provide therapeutic massage in Savannah, Georgia, with an individualized approach based on both research and intuition, I incorporate supported, controlled movement into a nurturing massage treatment. Depending on your needs, your session may naturally include deep tissue techniques, myofascial work, stretching, and other therapeutic approaches - all included in your session fee, with no add-on charges or upgrade fees.

I use movement to help remind muscles to relax and encourage them to release. My goal for every client is less daily discomfort, a break from life's stressors, better sleep, and an overall improved quality of life.

As someone with cerebral palsy and more than 20 years of experience receiving physical therapy, I deeply believe in the effectiveness of manual therapy. I'm especially passionate about helping clients who experience chronic discomfort, particularly in the neck, shoulders, hips, or those living with recurring headaches.

I welcome clients at two locations: Savannah, Georgia, and East Lansing, Michigan. My primary practice is in Savannah, where I offer the majority of my massage appointments. I also maintain limited availability for clients in East Lansing.
