My pricing is simple and all-inclusive. Every session is customized to your needs. If deep tissue massage, myofascial techniques, supported movement, hot towels, cupping, or other therapeutic tools are appropriate, they're included. I don't charge extra for techniques or treatment tools that help you get the most from your session.

If you book a 60-minute massage, you'll receive 60 minutes of hands-on treatment, as long as you arrive on time. The time you reserve is your time on the massage table, not time lost to setup, consultation, or getting on/off the table.

My all-inclusive pricing means: I also do not accept tips (none, nada, nil, zilch, zero). There isn't even a tip option when paying for services. My goal is to make therapeutic massage more accessible and easier to fit into your budget, without the stress of calculating an additional gratuity. I truly appreciate it.

If you wake up feeling under the weather and need to cancel, just give me a heads-up ASAP by calling or texting at 616-737-1550. Don't worry about a cancellation fee - I understand. However, we'll need to wait 5 days before rescheduling your massage to make sure you're feeling better. If you need to cancel for any other reason, just let me know 24 hours in advance. You can cancel through the website or by giving me a call or text. Your appointment will be converted into credit for a future visit. Standard cancellation fees are as follows: no charge with more than 24 hours notice, at least 50% charge with less than 24 hours notice, and 100% charge if you don't show up or cancel with less than 8 hours notice. Exceptions are considered for true emergencies.
