To ensure smooth scheduling and to secure your appointment, prepayment is required for all massage therapy sessions. Accepted cards include credit cards, debit cards, gift cards, and flexible health account cards (e.g., HSA, FSA). Payments can be made securely when booking online. Alternatively, please reach out to me to make the booking, and I'll send an "invoice" using the booking software.
Please note: I do not accept tips (none, nada, nil, zilch, zero). Simply put: there is no tip option when paying for services. I would like to make massage as accessible as possible so it can become a regular, routine occurrence for my clients. One way I can do this is by removing the "stress" of calculating and budgeting the additional cost of including a tip. Love your treatment and want to show your gratitude? If you are located in the Greater Savannah, Georgia area, I bring the massage experience directly to you. Clients are asked to provide a relatively quiet, 10’ x 10’ space for the session, with pets secured outside the treatment area during the appointment. I provide the massage table and all necessary supplies. First-time clients should plan for an additional 10 minutes prior to the session so we can review the space and discuss setup. Please also allow approximately 5 minutes before and after the appointment for setup and breakdown of the massage table and equipment.
A completed intake form is required prior to your appointment. Incomplete forms may result in the session being rescheduled. The intake process includes proof of identification and confirmation that adequate space is available for treatment. For personal safety and peace of mind, I do share my appointment locations with select trusted individuals during mobile sessions.
If you wake up feeling under the weather and need to cancel, just give me a heads-up ASAP by calling or texting at 616-737-1550. Don't worry about a cancellation fee - I understand. However, we'll need to wait 5 days before rescheduling your massage to make sure you're feeling better. If you need to cancel for any other reason, just let me know 24 hours in advance. You can cancel through the website or by giving me a call or text. Your appointment will be converted into credit for a future visit. Standard cancellation fees are as follows: no charge with more than 24 hours notice, at least 50% charge with less than 24 hours notice, and 100% charge if you don't show up or cancel with less than 8 hours notice. Exceptions are considered for true emergencies.
