Prepayment

To ensure smooth scheduling and to secure your appointment, prepayment is required for all massage therapy sessions. Accepted cards include credit cards, debit cards, gift cards, and flexible health account cards (e.g., HSA, FSA). Payments can be made securely when booking online. Alternatively, please reach out to me to make the booking, and I'll send an "invoice" using the booking software.

No Tipping Policy

Please note: I do not accept tips (none, nada, nil, zilch, zero). Simply put: there is no tip option when paying for services. I would like to make massage as accessible as possible so it can become a regular, routine occurrence for my clients. One way I can do this is to remove the "stress" of calculating and budgeting the additional cost of including a tip. Love your treatment and want to show your gratitude? Then spread the word, write a review, refer a friend. As a small business owner, I'd definitely appreciate it!

Cancellation Policy

If you wake up feeling under the weather and need to cancel, just give me a heads-up ASAP by calling or texting at 616-737-1550. Don't worry about a cancellation fee; I understand. However, we'll need to wait 5 days before rescheduling your massage to make sure you're feeling better. If you need to cancel for any other reason, just let me know 24 hours in advance. You can cancel through the website or by giving me a call or text. Your appointment will be converted into credit for a future visit. Standard cancellation fees are as follows: no charge with more than 24 hours notice, at least 50% charge with less than 24 hours notice, and 100% charge if you don't show up or cancel with less than 8 hours notice. Exceptions are considered for true emergencies.

Planning Your Visit

You'll find me on the first floor in Suite 100 of the "Mayberry Homes" building. I share the suite with five other bodyworkers. While the door to Suite 100 will be closed, it's never locked. Just come on in, no need to knock, and make yourself comfortable in the waiting area. Restrooms are conveniently located in the hallway, before Suite 100.


The main entrance to the building is locked after 7:00 PM. If your appointment is scheduled after this time, I'll greet you at the front door and guide you to the suite.


For everyone's safety, I always wear a mask. I don’t require clients to wear a mask unless our community risk level is medium or higher according to “covidactnow.org”.
